'Cause there are things going on around, in me, too, and I try to roll them into one.
'Cause I like asking questions about joy, fear, pain, hope.
'Cause I want to understand how it feels.
'Cause I don't believe in objective recording.
'Cause I value God's whim more than my imagination.
'Cause I am curious if others feel the way I do.
'Cause it's my chosen profession; I didn't want to work as an engineer.
'Cause I like to solidify reality, but only in such a way as not to distort it.
