Eleven musicians come up onto the stage equipped with secret weapons, ready to charge at the audience with a load of sound. The power is back on (the fuses blew out just seconds before the concert), and a spectacular show may begin.

Ladies and Gentlemen, here comes the POWER OF THE HORNS, a jazz orchestra under the direction of Piotr Damasiewicz. The trumpeter once again shows genuine class, presenting his elaborate, overwhelmingly expressive compositions. Wild, ecstatic and technically arduous solos interlacing with group improvisations push the boundary of what seemed possible up to the very edge of infinity. A great show. Had they played one more piece, the power of the POWER OF THE HORNS might have wiped the Gugalander out of the Katowice area.
